Chiropractors have not always been free to practice chiropractic in the United States.  There was a time when chiropractors would be arrested for practicing the art, science, and philosophy of chiropractic.  While things have changed a lot since then, we know that we have so much to be grateful for in this country.

Moreover, there are places in the world where the governments have restricted access to vitamins, and supplements due to the monopoly of Big Pharma.  Here, in the United States we can prescribe our patients whole food supplements that will support their body and health.

We know that we are living through an undoubtedly turbulent time in America, but we still have much to be grateful for.

Rhonda Byrnes who wrote “The Secret” also wrote another book that centers on gratitude.  She goes into detail about the power gratitude and being thankful every day.

It is too easy to get caught up in the world of instant gratification and being ungrateful for what you do have.

We can always strive for more and better, but we must first be thankful for those blessings that have already come into our lives.

Say Thank You to Every Patient

You and your staff should be thanking every patient both out loud and, in your head, when they come into your office.

Thank the extremely hard to handle patients and you will instantly change your mood and focus.

Make this a daily practice and remind your staff daily to thank your patients.

Gratitude Wall

Invite your patients to write on a card one thing that they are grateful for and hang it on the wall for the week.

This will make your patients grateful and will increase their mood as well.

Bonus Your Staff

If you don’t already have a bonus system in place, then consider bonusing your staff this month.

Your staff works hard to make sure that your business is successful, and you should show your appreciation to them.

Do not forget the most important part, to have fun!
