How to Grow your Practice from $30k -$100k/month

Upper Limiting Barriers

These hold us back from achieving our goals. They are acquired from our youth, through our successes and failures, from early childhood experiences that shaped the way we view the world. These prevent you from peaking at your highest potential.

Step1 : Identify Upper Limiting Barriers

Upper limiting barriers can be identified by the emotions that are associated with them:

Emotions such as:

Doubt

Fear

Stress

Worry

Indecision

Anxiety

If you feel any of these emotions while in practice or during business, then you have hit an upper limiting barrier. So, what do you do?

Step 2: Breathe.

Take a few breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. Breathing is necessary because the brain becomes hypoxic when we enter these emotions associated with upper limiting barriers.

Take deep breaths to oxygenate our blood.

Step 3:  Create Affirmation

This will negate the negative emotion and pull you back on the right track. You can create a mantra, and affirmation or a prayer.

The other way to do this is to follow this four-step series:

  1. Write down what you are worried about that is causing indecision, procrastination and stopping you from achieving your success.
  2. Write down what you can do about these concerns!
  3. Write down which option or two options will make the biggest difference for you.
  4. Carry out those options first!

Remember inaction breeds doubt and fear, action breeds confidence and success.  If you want to become the best version of yourself then you must take the steps necessary to break away from old patterns.
