As we discussed previously, the universe is designed to give you what you want. It will feed the positive and negative thoughts that you have on a day to day basis. That is why I find it is so important for my clients to use the ‘law of attraction’.
Most people have heard of this law, but they don’t know how to put it to use.
The first step is to shed the negative thoughts and feelings and start feeding your subconscious positive emotions.
For instance, if you want to have peace and abundance in your life then you need to start thinking about “being peace and abundance”. It’s not enough to say that you want certain things in your life, but you need to act in congruence with those wants. You create this through harmony between your wants and thoughts.
First, start by forgiving yourself. We all make mistakes and if we don’t repeat those mistakes then we can move in the right direction. Once we stop making bad choices and replace them with good choices, we can move forward.
Second, have a positive attitude. Always see the glass as half full. Start to think, “what could go right?”.
Third, love everyone. Love is all there is in this world and we need to show love to everyone. Treat everyone as family. Be the person who lifts others up. Be everyone’s biggest fan that you meet.
Fourth, don’t think of the bad things in life as happening to you. Stop focusing on what happened to you, start focusing on what you learned from that experience so you can move on. In every situation, try to find one item of information that you learned.
Lastly, count your blessings and have an attitude of gratitude. Attitude + Gratitude = Altitude. It’s not your aptitude that will determine how successful you are in this life.
I hope all of you ‘oneononers’ out there will show up at your best this week. Live each day in the present, with an attitude of gratitude.
Practice these 5 steps every day for 1 week. After one week, I’d love to hear from you on your successes and challenges at email@example.com
Its green lights and blue skies for you, and remember there’s nothing you can’t do.
